Fox 8 I-Team Report

Here's the link for those who missed the news last night.

Fox 8 I-Team reporter Bill Sheil does a great job summing up the status of the investigation at this point. Four girls who received phone calls like Amy did in the week's leading up to her abduction were interviewed. There are a couple things that seem to link them together, including people connected to Holly Hill horse stables and the fact that they all played in a traveling soccer league.

Sheil also revealed some information about the autopsy report, including the fact that Amy's fingernails appear to have been damaged in a struggle.

Bay Village police are still waiting for that last suspect to submit DNA like they promised. Anyone know who that might be?

Hopefully the segment provides some fresh clues for investigators.

I am interested in what you think about the autopsy results being released and why you think they have been released at this point?

The channel 8 story revealed quite a bit from the autopsy report. So James, whether you're willing to discuss specifically what you saw in Amy's "public" autopsy report or not, did channel 8 leave important things out even if you won't reveal what those things are?

Sadly, this is nothing new. And I say enough already - how the hell long does it take - how badly did people botch this case - what kind of pressure from who will get movement on this?? Jim you must be equally frustrated though you always sound positive that something will be uncovered - I however live in Bay and lived here at the time - I am not as confident in this system. Sorry I am just frustrated - this case borders the absurd. They need to get some new people to come in and look at everything. And this time make sure the left hand knows what the right is doing and no one decides they don't have to investigate someone because they don't feel it is the guy.

Just a bunch of information that you have already provided us.

Although, it is more than we have seen in the previous 17 years before your book came out.

they didn't add much, I've seen it's sweeps week again, if that's the case then the show is outragous! The only things added were chipped or broken fingernails and some red stuff on her pants, that does not qualifiy them to close the road down again where she was found or to blackout the autopsy report and the comment being made by the trustee that the find was way more than what they were expecting.

Re: News release. Is this the crime of a person spurned in love, or possibly an impotent man. Such anger! It would seem to me that such behavior would be repeated in some way over the ensuing years. Or is this an angry outburst of a pervert?

Like Kevin, I don't live in the Cleveland area, so I missed last night's Fox 8 at 10:00-could someone relate to us what they said last night?

I do not think Bill revealed anyting we really did not know before. However, I am glad Fox 8 is keeping this story alive on TV.

As for the suspect. I thought it was your "Mr Harvey" that has not given a sample.

For those of you not in Cleveland. I hope this link works.

If this link does not work, go to myfoxcleveland, news, then click on the ITeam, it will be there as their latest story.
